Kian Design specialises in custom made fine jewellery. This includes engagement and wedding rings, bracelets, pendants, earrings and more. We make our jewellery to order using the highest quality materials, incorporating stunning hand-engraving, diamonds and coloured gemstones as requested. If you can imagine it, we can create it; as long as the design is technically possible and will safely hold any chosen stones. Can Kian Design custom make a piece of jewellery?
Kian Design specialises in bespoke jewellery that is created in the design studio according to your specifications.
How long does it take to have a custom engagement ring made at Kian Design?
It usually takes 3-5 weeks from when you confirm the design, depending on the complexity of the design.
What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your stunning Kian Design jewellery so you are welcome to exchange the piece with something more to your liking. Exchanges may take place if the jewellery is in as new condition with no signs of wear and within 4 weeks of purchase. Alternatively, you can return the goods within 4 weeks and you will be issued with a Kian Design credit. We do not offer refunds unless the jewellery has a manufacturing fault.
Can Kian Design jewellery be delivered?

Can I layby a piece of Kian Design jewellery?
Kian Design offers a 2 month lay-by time period with fortnightly payments for that one off piece of jewellery that just has to be yours.
Can Kian Design create special jewellery for me that can suit my budget?
The designs shown on our website can be made with a range of different diamond shapes, sizes, colours, etc and we can work towards almost any budget.
